Shipping policy

At the moment all items (With the exception of ready-to-wear units, lashes, elastic melt bands, edge brushes, and bonnets) are pre-order items. Preorder items require 5-17 business days to be processed.Please note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed.Once the order has been processed and shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Processing time for items on hand is 3-7 days. For both preorders and on-hand orders shipping time is around 3-7 days.If your order combines in-stock and Pre-Order items, we’ll hold off on shipping your order until the Pre-Order items become available. Meaning that your order won’t ship until all items in your order are available.If you need the in-stock items in your order right away, we’d recommend ordering any Pre-Order items separately. 

After an order is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.

Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If package is returned, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
